The Attorney General’s Office Manufactured Housing Unit has a web site for residents facing evictions. The AGO “eviction team” is available to assist MH residents who need help if they are facing the threat of eviction.  AGO has a special form to help expedite eviction complaints and get them to the right person – https://www.mass.gov/forms/eviction-help-request. We are trying to get back to people who fill out the form within 24 hours or so recognizing the speed of summary process cases.  As you can see from the form, someone can fill out the form on behalf of the affected party.  While there is no “manufactured housing resident” option for “type of tenancy” on the form, the resident should select the bottom option “I am unsure / I am a different type of tenant.”
